Fresh Direct Sales Manager - Home/Field Based - Manchester Area

Salary 40k-42k (dependent on experience) Plus Commission OTE £50k -£65K

Join a world-class leader in foodservice with the personal touch of a local team. Fresh Direct, part of the Sysco group, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across our local and regional customer base, working with iconic UK restaurants, hotels, and pubs.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, while consistently identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Report weekly on performance, progress, and key challenges.
• Work with the commercial team to set and implement pricing strategies to meet/exceed margin expectations.
• Track KPIs against sales targets and lead regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with depot operations and transport teams to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

About you:

• Strong ability to both "hunt" for new business and "farm" existing relationships.
• Effective across all internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Confident with sales data, budgets, and margin analysis.
• Driven, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
