This is a full-time, 12 month Fixed Term contract position based in Manchester. The salary ranges from £30,000 - £35,000.Let's talk about the role. It involves:Proactively progress a pipeline of property sales to exchange and completionLiaise with solicitors, clients, agents, and third parties to facilitate transactionsInterpret and advise on leasehold matters and building safety documentationIdentify and resolve issues that may delay progressionKeep all parties updated on progress and required actionsSupport the wider sales progression team with legal and compliance knowledgeAssist with documentation and due diligence checkWe're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
