About You

You ll have proven experience of managing a team within a sales environment

It s essential that you have a strong background in textiles whether it be manufacturing or supply we need someone with instant knowledge

Naturally, you ll be a great leader with the ability to build confidence and improve team performance

You will be happy working onsite, 5 days per week

About The Job

You ll join as Sales Office Manager and will manage a close-knit team of internal sales coordinators who are responsible for both order processing and account management

You will review current and lapsed customer data and work with the team to increase sales and order performance

By keeping an eye on the market and competitor activities, you ll work to boost performance and understand customer needs proactively

You will set regular KPI s and targets for your team, ensuring adherence and achievement; managing performance accordingly

It s a collaborative role where you ll interact with various internal departments as well as UK & Overseas suppliers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
