About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to FridayShift Pattern : 08:00am to 17:00pm Key Responsibilities:
- Operational and budgetary responsibility for all aspects of contract management and customer relationship, leading and inspiring a contract delivery team in delivering fully encompassed sprinkler engineering contracts.
- Provide leadership, inspiration, and control to our service, design and project teams.
- Health & Safety is at the forefront of our business and you will be expected to ensure all our teams are following
- Deliver contracts built on leading-edge technical engineering standards, solutions and technology.
- Fully manage and support the compliance process (supported by QHSE / Internal teams) to ensure works are fully compliant to the relevant process or standards.
- Lead and manage internal and external audits functions
- Ownership of customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, true partnership and collaboration.
- Maximise the potential of OCS, leverage relationships and implement solutions that drive productivity and service enhancements.
- Establish contract performance management procedures including targets and reporting mechanisms
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Experience and proven track record within the UK Sprinkler industry with an in-depth knowledge of LPS 1048 and hold LPCB basic design certification as a minimum.
- LPCB intermediate & FHC is preferred.
- Qualified to degree level or have extensive experience at Senior Management level.
- Strong understanding and demonstration of understanding of critical environment infrastructure, capital project delivery and energy management services.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- A decisive individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong management skills and ability to form collaborative working relationships and communicate with a large and varied delivery team.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with good time management and leadership skills.
- A creative thinker, with the ability to develop a solution as well as analyse the problem.
- Please note that this position may require security clearance as a contractual requirement
