Administrative Assistant - Immediate Start

Location: Heywood, Manchester Working Hours: 37.5 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)Pay Rate: 12.21

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our busy Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their administrative experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records

• Handle document retrieval and filing

• Manage internal and external correspondence

• Assist with customer enquiries and support the customer service team with day-to-day tasks

• Contribute to the smooth running of operations through timely and efficient administrative support
