Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled FLT Bendi Driver to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups using a warehouse management system.
  • Assist in the organisation of warehouse inventory, including shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during transportation and warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency within the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bendi Driver, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with materials handling and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) as required by the role.
  • Basic maths skills for accurate record keeping and inventory management.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
  • A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type being operated.
