Role Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the warehouse operation, with approximately 70% of the role involving forklift truck (FLT) counterbalance duties and 30% focused on general warehouse tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently

• Load and unload goods with accuracy and care

• Assist in stock movement, picking, and packing when required

• Conduct routine checks on FLT equipment and report any issues

• Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets

Candidate Requirements:

• A valid external Counterbalance FLT licence is essential

• Minimum of one year's experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a busy paced warehouse environment

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
