Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Heywood

Hours: Sunday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

My client is a thriving e-commerce business based in Heywood, known for its commitment to providing excellent service to customers. We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team at the distribution centre in Heywood.

Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound deliveries with care and efficiency.

- Utilising RF scanners for inventory tracking and management.

- Sorting and placing items onto shelves accurately.

- Verifying stock quantities against paperwork to maintain inventory accuracy.

- Correctly picking and packing orders according to provided picklists.

- always Adhering to health and safety procedures.

- Reporting any issues or inaccuracies promptly to the line manager.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.

- Ability to work efficiently using own initiative.

- Strong team player with a willingness to actively contribute.

- Proactive attitude and strong performance in a fast-paced environment.

- Organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Resilience and positive attitude in challenging situations.

- Commitment and flexibility to meet tight deadlines.

- Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing circumstances.

- Excellent communication skills.

Working Hours:

- Must be available to work any 5 days from 6.

- The first day of the week will be a Sunday.

Safety Requirements:

- Safety shoes and hi-vis must be always worn during work hours.
