We are now recruiting for our well-established freight forwarding client a Senior Sea freight Imports Clerk based at Manchester Airport. Now due to expansion we are looking to add to the Freight Operations team at Manchester Airport a Senior Sea freight Imports professional. They are global business and offer a great team working environment Responsibilities You will be dealing with all aspects of ocean freights movement from start to finish doing FCL/LCL and some groupage loads. To complete customs entries and associated documents in a timely manner to ensure the smooth movement of consignments. You will be required to deal with all ocean import documentation. Liaise with hauliers and shipping lines to organise transportation Liaison with overseas agents with regards to the Bookings.Person Experience of Sea Freight Imports with a good understanding of Ocean Imports, can hit the ground running Customs entries A strong team player capable of working as an individual or in a team environment Excellent Freight Forwarding Skills Benefits Salary 33,000 - 38,000circa 24 days holiday a year plus bank holidays Excellent training and career opportunities Hybrid working
