A teenage girl who has been missing for over a week has been found safe and well.

Thirteen-year-old Lillia was found in Manchester city centre this evening (Saturday 19 September), eight days since she was seen leaving her family home in Bolton on 11 September.

It follows an extensive investigation from Greater Manchester Police (GMP) which also involved assistance from the public.

A GMP spokesperson said: "Thank you to everyone who shared our missing appeal for 13-year-old Lillia, who has been missing since Friday 11 September 2026.

"We can confirm that she has been found safe and well in the city centre.

"She is currently with our officers, and her next-of-kin have been informed of this update.

"We will release more information in due course."
