An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well established and respected professional services company based in Luxury new offices in Manchester City Centre. This company are a market leading consultancy in their sector and are currently undergoing a sustained period of growth making it an excellent time to join the business.

Description

The Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment which could be extended and will be Hybrid based 2 days per week in Manchester City Centre office/3 remote.

  • Reporting to the Finance Manager Key responsibilities will include:
  • Purchase Ledger-processing invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Payment runs to suppliers
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Expenses

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

  • Have previous experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
  • Be able to commute 2 days per week to Manchester City Centre
  • Have experience of using Excel
  • Be able to consider a temporary role initially
