You will play a crucial role in helping customers secure their financial needs by providing information on unsecured loan products, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring a best-in-class experience. Responsibilities
- Contact a portfolio of qualified leads generated through our online unsecured loan platform.
- Assess customer applications and provide high-quality, tailored recommendations in line with compliance procedures.
- Offer informed advice on unsecured loan options using our innovative in-house software.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and lender criteria to ensure accurate guidance.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our team of advisors to support customer applications.
- Contribute to enhancing customer experience by suggesting and implementing new ideas and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience in selling unsecured loans is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Driven by targets and dedicated to achieving positive customer outcomes.

- Ability to manage multiple customers efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
