ISO Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Salford Quays (Office-based)

Working Pattern: 1-2 days per week

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ISO Administrator to support the ongoing maintenance of our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideally suited to someone with administrative experience and an interest in compliance or information security.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update ISO 27001 documentation, records, and registers
• Support internal audits by preparing documentation and tracking actions
• Monitor compliance with ISO procedures and policies across departments
• Record and track non-conformities, corrective actions, and compliance tasks
• Assist with staff training and awareness of ISO standards and policies
• Work closely with the ISO Lead to support ongoing compliance activities
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all ISO-related updates and actions

Skills & Experience

• Some experience or familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar standards
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and guidance
• Comfortable working independently and managing own workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems

Desirable

• ISO 27001 training or certification
• Previous experience in an administrative or compliance role
• Basic understanding of information security principles
