Job description
Rapid Time Recruit are seeking a Transport Compliance Administrator on behalf of our client in the Wigan Area.
This is a permanent position with a very established company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Schedule MOT's and services for in house fleet and contract fleet
Carry out licence checks, down load tachos and digicards.
Monitor asset / check all daily defects on road going fleet.
Monitor the vehicle tracker and manage missing mileage and infringments.
Be responsible for booking daily workload, issued by the TM onto the TMS system with ultimate responsibility for updating work changes in real time.
Assist Service Manager and wider team with administrative duties around the transport department.
Requirements of the Transport role:
Must be extremely organised, forward thinking, taking a lateral approach to problem solving.
Transport planning experience required and a desire to progress.
Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
Be able to communicate verbally in a clear, concise and business like way, both internally and to external stakeholders

The ideal candidate would have the ability to learn new skills, funding and tuition would be provided for the transport CPC qualification.
