A Finance Director for a growing PE Backed Entity with Hybrid Working & Temp to Perm Potential

Your new company A private equity-backed digital business based in Greater Manchester. The business is currently undergoing a period of transformation and change. The company is seeking a dynamic and energetic successor to lead the finance function through its next phase. Your new role As Finance Director, you will oversee a team of five and play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial change across the business. Key responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives, implementing new systems, and supporting restructuring efforts. You'll work closely with senior leadership and PE stakeholders to help steer the business toward operational efficiency. The role is flexible in terms of engagement, offering a temp to perm opporutniy. A handover period with the outgoing FD is planned, so an immediate start is preferred. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a qualified finance professional with proven experience in SME environments, ideally with exposure to transformation, systems implementation, and restructuring. The business is looking for someone with energy, drive, and a hands-on approach - someone who thrives in change and challenge.
