Payroll Manager - Office Based - Full time - Excellent benefits salary circa £42,000
Your new company This leading manufacturing business is seeking a technically experienced and dedicated Payroll Manager to lead and oversee the Payroll department on a full-time permanent basis. Offering flexible office work and opportunities for project work, this is a role for a highly ambitious and experienced senior team leader or a manager local to the Oldham/Tameside area who has experience of managing end-to-end payrolls.Your new role You will oversee/ process payroll of circa 2000 headcount across multiple cycles. Process year-end, pension auto enrolments and support with process review and constantly look for ways to improve and streamline payroll efficiencies. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will be a determined and hard-working individual with a proven track record of delivering and executing payroll projects. You will have full end-to-end payroll experience and be familiar with project implementation or data migration. You will also have excellent people skills and be able to strategically deliver internal senior management meetings related to payroll updates and communicate effectively with your team and external contacts.
