We are looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to support the Trust in growing and accomplishing its wider strategic objectives.

At Inspiring Learners, our integrity is strong and can always grow stronger through contributing to a true and dynamic learning community - one in which leaders and staff feel valued and motivated.

Our mission and values are lived and breathed, every day, with children at the heart. Our passion is our baseline - we are passionate about who we are and what we do.

Our trustees, governors, heads, leadership teams and staff across the board are fervent in exploring and refining our 'whys' and 'hows'. This passion also extends to the financial, business and administrative elements. We're passionate that everyone in our Trust aligns with our values and mission - and are equally excited by the uniqueness that each individual brings.

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team and help shape the future development of our Trust. Our Trust currently includes two Trafford primary schools (Tyntesfield Primary and Bollin Primary) under the leadership of our Head of Trust and Trust Board - all committed to making a difference and achieving the best possible outcomes for our children. However, we have clear plans for the growth of our Trust over the next few years.

The role will provide essential support to the Head of Trust in financial planning, financial management and risk management.

The Trust is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in financial and management accounting. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in academy finance as well as excellent communication and people management skills. Consideration will be given to finance professionals from outside the sector who are suitably qualified and can demonstrate a genuine interest in education.
