Position - Project Administrator
Location - Manchester
Pay rate - 180 - 200 a day
The Project Administrator supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects by ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the project team functions smoothly and that documentation, communication, and logistics are well managed.
Duties
- Support project planning and scheduling, assisting in the creation of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Maintain and update project documentation, such as reports, budgets, meeting minutes, and tracking tools.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, logistics, and note-taking.
- Assist with resource coordination, procurement requests, and onboarding new project team members.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and raise purchase orders or invoices where necessary.
- Identify and escalate any potential risks, delays, or issues to the Project Manager.
- Maintain records and ensure version control of project documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team as required.
