Salary: 55,000 - 65,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who provide innovative and diverse design services to the heritage sector. They are on the lookout for an established Associate Architect to help lead their practice on a range of high-profile cultural and heritage projects across the Northwest.

To be successful in applying for the role of Associate Architect, you will need to be a chartered member of RIBA with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience. The individual will also need to be able to demonstrate expert technical and design skills, UK building regulations knowledge, and proficiency with Revit.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Associate Architect:

  • 10 years post-qualification experience
  • Project delivery and management experience
  • Excellent technical and design skills
  • Strong knowledge of UK building and planning regulations
  • Good experience across all RIBA stages
  • Proficient with Revit
  • RIBA chartered would be desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing a small team of Architects
  • Strong commercial awareness
