This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected main contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-value commercial and residential schemes across the North West. Your input will be key as the Building Services Manager responsible for overseeing MEP coordination and integration from pre-construction through to final commissioning. You ll work with a dedicated and experienced delivery team, playing a critical role in ensuring quality, compliance, and performance across every service package. Your Responsibilities As Building Services Manager, you ll lead the technical integration of mechanical and electrical systems across multiple projects. From early-stage planning and design reviews through to on-site coordination and handover, your role will be vital in ensuring that building services are delivered on time, to spec, and within budget. You ll chair services meetings, manage subcontractor interfaces, and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise. The Building Services Manager will also be expected to collaborate closely with consultants, architects, and internal site teams to keep service installations aligned with the wider construction programme. Your role as Building Services Manager will include reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying value engineering opportunities, and ensuring commissioning activities are planned and executed effectively.
