We require an experienced Freelance Document Controller for a long-term contract on a landmark commercial construction project in Central Manchester.

The Role & Required Experience:

You will be responsible for all site document control and must have:

• Proven experience managing project information flow using a Common Data Environment (CDE) like Asite, Aconex, or Viewpoint.

• A background as a Document Controller for a UK main contractor is essential.

• Expertise in processing drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals with high attention to detail.

• The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and support a busy site team.

• The ability to commute daily to Central Manchester.
