Do you have experience delivering M&E projects with a strong knowledge of installations? Have you got experience of running projects £7m+? An opportunity has arisen for a M&E Project Manager with electrical bias to join a market leading principle contracting company in the building services industry. This is to primarily work a large refurbishment in Manchester. Responsibilities: - Ensure that resources are available for work e.g. materials, labour and plant etc. - Ensure contracts are completed within timescales and budget - Ensure works are carried out safely and that reasonable and practical measures are taken to maintain the safety of all involved - Liaison with site management team and all key stake holders involved with the project - Subcontract and material procurement and management - Financial management of contracts, variations etc. - Manage competence and individual performance within the team - Maintain company standards in terms of quality Requirements: - Minimum 5 years' project management experience in an MEP contracting environment - Ability to prioritise workload to ensure the management process is optimised - Knowledge of electrical systems is ESSENTIAL - UK PROJECT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL - Strong communications skills both internal and external stakeholders - Experience of working with sub-contractors and managing in-house labour - SSSTS or SMSTS - First Aid Benefits: - Salary £60,000 - £65,000 - Car Alowance - Profit related bonus - 36 days holiday - Private healthcare - Salary sacrifice scheme - Mobile phone/gym allowances
