Electrician Role:We are seeking six fully qualified Electricians to join a highly skilled team. The ideal candidates will have experience working within social housing and will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services, ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Electrician Responsibilities:- Perform planned preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition).
- Experience in maintenance and reactive repairs, ideally within social housing.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and health & safety regulations.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Competitive Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 PA.
