- Electrical Testing (EICR)

- Fire alarm installation and testing
- Emergency lighting installation and testing
- CCTV and aerials
- Domestic & Commercial installations
- LED installations
- Street lighting installation and maintenance works
- Kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes
- Refurbishments and renovation works
- Gas Safe Registered Plumbing & Heating
- Extensions
- All aspects of DDA works
- Fire Risk Assessment Works (FRA)
They are currently seeking a skilled Joiner for a project based in Manchester, expected to run for approximately 5 months. The work primarily involves boxing in ducting that is being installed for ventilation fans.
Key Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in Carpentry/Joinery (or equivalent)

Must have experience working in domestic properties and be confident interacting respectfully in customers' homes

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Must supply own battery powered tools and Transport
