My client are a leading civil engineering contractor based out of the Northwest. They are looking to onboard a junior engineer to join their engineering department. My client operate heavily across the North of England, delivering schemes across the civils, infrastructure and construction sectors.

Engineer responsibilities:

• Setting out and surveying with Trimble/ Leica total station and GPS.
• Producing and recording As-built surveys.
• Quality assurance checks.
• Working alongside and reporting to senior engineer and engineering manager.
• RFI's.
• Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site.
• Health and safety compliance.

Engineer requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Degree or diploma in civil engineering or surveying.
• CSCS Card.
• 1-3 years experience on site.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IT literate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
