Role Overview
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative Marketing & Bid Coordinator to join a dynamic team. This role combines marketing, graphic design, and bid coordination to help enhance brand visibility, support business development, and contribute to successful bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications

Design case studies and marketing materials to showcase project success and promote services.

Create engaging brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

Coordinate targeted email campaigns and digital outreach aligned with business strategy.
Bid & Proposal Support

Assist in producing high-quality bid documents, PQQs, and tender submissions.

Collate CVs, case studies, and other supporting materials for proposals.
Client Engagement & CRM

Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and usability.

Support framework management including tracking deadlines and reporting.

Monitor bid portals for new opportunities and share with the business development team.
Events & Promotion

Assist with planning and attending events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Ensure promotional materials and branding are consistent with company standards.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong graphic design ability (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Confident working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Desirable

Experience in construction, infrastructure, or property sectors.

Familiarity with bid portals (e.g. Delta, Proactis, Contracts Finder).

Understanding of procurement and framework management.
