MRICS Mixed sector (Com / residential) Valuation Surveyor - Manchester - Remote working. Basic salary likely between £60,000 - £70,000 plus £3,500 car allowance bonus; 33% over agreed net fee income target.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
  • MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
  • Proven track record of handling high-volume and high-value property valuations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to engage in social activities and networking events.

All figures quoted above are approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments
