CSCS Carded Handyman required to start IMMEDIATELY on a Large Residendial New Build Site in Norden, Rochdale (OL11) with duties to follow an Internal Snagging list to complete remedial fixes such as:

- Patching work - Mastic & silicoln works - Painting touch ups / fixes - Basic joinery fittings & arks etc - Associated snagging tasks / CML's

Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 paying up to 40 TO 45hrs a week minimum at - CIS Payment is available

Past Residential experience is highly sought after with relevant references.

These are Long Term roles.
