This company is a UK-based energy and sustainability consultancy, established over 15 years ago, helping clients make buildings more energy-efficient, comfortable, and compliant with Building Regulations. They work on a variety of residential and mixed-use projects across the UK, combining technical expertise with a supportive, collaborative culture that values flexibility, professional development, and delivering high-quality advice to clients.

In this role, you'll deliver high-quality energy and overheating assessments for residential and mixed-use projects across the UK. You'll carry out SAP calculations, produce EPCs, and run Dynamic Thermal Models to support Building Regulations compliance, while providing practical guidance on energy efficiency and thermal comfort to clients and design teams.

This role would suit a qualified OCDEA with experience in SAP, DTM, and Overheating Assessments who enjoys flexible, remote working on varied projects.

The Role:

• Carry out SAP assessments and produce EPCs for new-build homes
• Run Dynamic Thermal Modelling (DTM) and Overheating Assessments (TM59 / Part O)
• Prepare compliance and planning documentation
• Advise clients, architects, and developers on energy efficiency and thermal comfort
• Support project data, reporting, and team coordination

The Person:

• Qualified OCDEA
• Experienced in energy assessments
• Skilled in Dynamic Thermal Modelling, Overheating Assessments, and SAP/EPCs
