Our client is a world leader in energy services, and they are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to add talent to their team! This role will be based in Greater Manchester and will be working within their Social Housing division.

Manage and oversee all site activities, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects. Coordinate site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Supervise and lead the on-site workforce, including subcontractors. Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure compliance with project specifications. Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project team to ensure smooth communication and project delivery. Conduct regular site inspections and health & safety checks to identify and resolve potential hazards. Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, reports, and timesheets. Ensure compliance with environmental and health & safety regulations. Provide technical support and problem-solving on site issues as they arise.
