Project Manager Storage Systems (Racking, Shelving, Mezzanine Floors)

- Manage a project from handover to completion ensuring it is completed on time, to budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for procurement of materials, labour, plant etc.
- Conduct site surveys and installation drawings.
- Co-ordinate with multiple contractors preparing program of works.
- Prepare of all relevant health and safety documents, including acting as contractor when required, following CDM regulations.
- Monitor progress of projects and carrying out site inspections.
- Liaise with the customer throughout project and carrying out site progress meetings when required.
- Oversee the invoicing process from project initiation to completion, working closely with the customer's accounts team to ensure payments are received at agreed stages throughout the project.

- Proficient user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to work away from home occasionally, depending on business requirements.
- A minimum of 3 years experience managing racking, shelving, mezzanine floor, or interior fit-out projects/installations.
- Holds valid CSCS and either SMSTS or SEIRS qualifications (desirable).
