Our client are a reputable construction company who specialise in new build and refurbishment projects in the residential sector. They are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team! In return they are offering:

Ideal candidate:

• JCT Contract experience
• Predominately office with occasional site visit
• Housebuilding experience
• Happy to visit sites across the North West
• Hardworking and motivated attitude

Duties:

• Procuring materials and subcontractors.
• Preparation of tender documents for any subcontract works.
• Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
• Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
• Preparation of final accounts.
• Identifying commercial risks.
• Monitoring cash flow.
