Do you have significant experience relating to Health and Safety working practices in the construction industry?
We're looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join our Development Team in Manchester.
Working on site, you'll be required to provide expert input on build progress and quality from design to handover. We'll look to you to lead on producing an excellent quality build in all aspects. You'll work with the wider team in assessing buildability and deliverability on early stage plans, programme and RIBA stages 1-4 and will help identify and find solutions for design matters/issues with the aim of early engegement to minimise the effect on the project. You'll also lead on site compliance with the Employers Requirements and maintain an accurate record of work progression and give an estimated completion date of works during the life of the project.
To be successful in the role, you'll need significant experience in the construction industry with an in depth knowledge of sub and super structure for apartment construction and house building experience. You'll also need significant experience relating to Health and Safety working practices in the construction industry and have undertaken SMSTS or equivalent industry training.
