Known for delivering thoughtful, sustainable, and community-focused architecture, this practice prides itself on a collaborative culture and a diverse project portfolio.

Specialising in Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education, Industrial, and Healthcare projects, they offer a dynamic environment where your expertise can make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
  • Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and models using Revit and AutoCAD

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop buildable, efficient design solutions

  • Conduct site visits and surveys, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with UK building regulations and design intent

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth delivery

Requirements for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
  • Degree or HND in Architectural Technology (or related discipline)

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong grasp of BIM workflows

  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards

  • Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
