The will allow you to pick up the project early in the design phase with the employer a big fan of allowing a Design Manager to take the project from cradle to grave. This initial plan is to deliver a large construction build, c£50M. You will be leading the relationship and pre con for the further projects. Theres a good challenge on this site to keep within regulations and provide deign solutions for the build.
