• Be part of the commercial delivery of a multi-year, £80M+ Manchester-based residential project.
• Manage budgets, subcontractor packages, and cost controls to ensure project success.
• Work closely with the site team and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Apply your expertise in steel-frame construction and multi-phased residential builds.
