We have an opportunity available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a Global Multi-disciplinary Construction consultancy based in Manchester. This is also an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to progress within their career.

About the role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be able to provide advice on several different aspects, including cost management, procurement and risk management. You will support the decision making throughout the project, helping deliver high quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • A comprehensive knowledge of JCT and NEC3 building contracts.
  • MRICS Accredited in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full Driving License
