A respected and long-established contractor in the North West is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver internal and external refurbishment works within the social housing sector. The company has a strong pipeline of projects across the region, with a reputation for quality, collaboration, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and conduct regular site inspections.
• Coordinate with residents, client representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate site records, reports, and progress updates are maintained.
• Support the Contracts Manager in driving project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing refurbishment or planned maintenance projects within the Social Housing sector.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
