If so, then I have the role for you! I'm currently working with a regional design and build contractor who specialises in commercial projects across the UK. Based in Manchester you will be in the heart of the city, with a top-class contractor that has a very impressive project portfolio. Necessary experience:
- Site management of projects with values of up to 2m.
- Full site management process experience in the capacity of a Number 1 on site.
- D & B experience
- Previous Commercial office space experience is essential.

- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness
