They are renowned for their commitment to safety, quality, and value-engineered solutions for public and private sector clients.Job Overview:The Site Manager will oversee on-site operations, ensuring groundworks and civil engineering projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role involves managing teams, subcontractors, resources, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish.Coordinate on-site activities, including drainage, utilities, and foundations.Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE).Monitor costs and ensure alignment with budgets.Ensure high-quality standards through inspections and testing.Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates.Lead on-site teams, conducting briefings and ensuring competency.Maintain site records and prepare reports for management.Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years' experience in site management or senior site engineering in civil engineering or groundworks.Strong knowledge of excavation, drainage, and earthworks.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Familiarity with HSE regulations (CDM 2015).SMSTS certification and First Aid qualification.CSCS Gold/Black.Salary & Benefits: 50,000.Company vehicle or car allowance.Pension scheme and annual leave.Opportunities for training and career development.
