They are known for their reliability and commitment to delivering on their promises.Your new role My Client are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment and re-roofing of a link bridge at one of Manchester's Universities. This is a temporary position, expected to last approximately 8-10 weeksWhat you'll need to succeed Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and university representatives.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment and roofing projects.SMSTS, FIRST AID, CSCSStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.What you'll get in return £competitive rate8+ weeks workWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
