Senior Estimator - Property Services

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.Support the preparation of project documentation including reports, schedules, and risk registers.Attend client meetings and site visits, contributing to progress tracking and issue resolution.Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and contractors.Monitor project budgets and timelines under the guidance of senior managers.Contribute to procurement processes and contract administration.Maintain accurate project records and support compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
