At Cornerstone Talent Solutions, we have a client who is a fast-growing executive search and consultancy firm, their mission is to deliver exceptional talent and strategic solutions that drive growth and transformation. To support their continued growth, we're looking for a results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities within the executive search and consulting sectors. You will play a key role in expanding the client base across the US, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and positioning the firm as a trusted partner for high-level recruitment and advisory services.

What you'll do:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in executive search and consultancy across key industries
- Prospect, qualify and engage with decision-makers (typically C-level or senior leadership)
- Deliver compelling presentations of our service offerings tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads using outbound techniques and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and ensure client success
- Track activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics using CRM tools
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor insights to inform sales strategy
You are:
- 2 - 3 Years of B2B sales experience, ideally within executive search, recruitment, or consulting industries.
- Proven success in generating and closing new business with senior-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the professional services landscape and sales lifecycle
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- UK-based and familiar with the US market dynamics in recruitment or consultancy
