Job Title: Commercial Asbestos Surveyor

Contract Duration: 4 - 6 months

Location: Manchester City Centre, static site

Day Rate: 240 per day

Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking for a fantastic freelance opportunity that gives you the chance to survey some iconic buildings in Manchester City Centre? Look no further!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting asbestos surveys in Commercial properties at one static location in Manchester.
  • Collecting bulk samples.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Accurately documenting survey findings and producing comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure efficient survey operations.
  • Adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, with a strong understanding of asbestos-containing materials and their identification.
  • Valid certifications and qualifications related to asbestos surveying.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, such as Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and report survey findings.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively.
