What You'll Do:

You'll lead the technical delivery of projects from initial design through to construction, ensuring compliance and quality at every stage. Working with clients, contractors, and colleagues, you'll turn concepts into buildable, innovative solutions while guiding and supporting junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Senior/Architectural Technologist with experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
  • MCIAT qualification (or working towards).
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
