Role: Barbering Lecturer Type: Temporary 0.5 Rate: 30 per hour Location: greater Manchester Eden Brown are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barbering Lecturer to join a leading further education college in Greater Manchester. This is a part time, temporary role of 2.5 days per week. As a Barbering Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching to students pursuing their qualifications in barbering. You'll have the opportunity to shape and inspire future barbers, guiding them through both practical and theoretical aspects of the craft. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons in barbering techniques, cutting, styling, and shaving. Prepare and assess student's practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Maintain a safe and professional learning environment. Support students in their academic and career development. Ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a professional barber or in a related role. Teaching or tutoring experience (preferably within further education). Relevant qualifications in barbering Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and commitment to student success.
