LTE Group has an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Officer on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis. Based out of our Openshaw campus in Manchester, this role is hybrid working up to two days per week in the office.

Digital Marketing Officer overview.

To support the LTE Group's significant growth plans through the development and delivery of an ambitious digital marketing strategy. Working directly with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimising our websites and digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute a wide range of campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining our social media presence, identifying trends and insights to optimize performance, and brainstorming innovative growth strategies. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help create engaging landing pages and enhance user experience across multiple channels. Your strong analytical skills will be key in evaluating the customer journey and ensuring all digital activity aligns with our strategic marketing plan. Collaboration with group marketing colleagues and business partners will be essential to share best practices and drive success across the organisation

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a marketing related area
  • Demonstrable experience of managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a digital marketing related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong listening skills - used to operating at a range of levels, within and on behalf of an organisation
  • Outstanding planning skills, used to working to tight deadlines, while still maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a multitude of activities with competing deadlines
