Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Tiny Tots Recruitment - Bolton, Full-time. This is the ideal role for someone who loves making a difference in children's lives, while working in an environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and a genuine love for learning. Requirements:
- A Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- A passion for early childhood development with at least 2 years experience in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well with children, parents, and colleagues
- A proactive, caring, and flexible approach with a commitment to the ongoing development of children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive nursery culture
- Creating and delivering exciting, hands-on, and age-appropriate play experiences for children, ensuring they re safe and engaged
- Using the EYFS framework to plan and implement stimulating activities that enhance children s learning and development
- Observing, documenting, and extending children s progress while offering tailored support
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and families to create a welcoming and supportive environment
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date children s records, ensuring all documentation is in line with nursery policies
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to inclusion and working within safeguarding and health and safety guidelines
- Collaborating with a team to provide the highest standards of care and education
- A dynamic and positive team environment where everyone is supported
