These schools are seeking confident and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants to join their teams and help create a calm, safe, and supportive environment for their students.

We are looking for individuals who can build strong, trusting relationships and have the confidence to de-escalate challenging situations while encouraging positive behaviour.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, behavioural, or complex needs

• Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)

• Hold a Team Teach qualification (desirable)

• Come from a background in sports coaching, youth work, or mentoring

• Be resilient, adaptable, and passionate about helping students achieve their potential
