Location: Salford Contract: Long-Term / Ongoing Pay: £90 £110 per day (depending on experience)

Cover People are proud to be working with a specialist SEMH unit within a welcoming primary school in Salford, supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

This is more than just a classroom role it s about changing lives. The children you ll support need consistency, patience, and someone who can be a positive influence and strong role model.

• Support children with a range of additional needs and behaviours

• Help create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to support progress

• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils through empathy and resilience

• Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviours (school or youth setting)

• Calm, confident and able to de-escalate situations effectively

• Passionate about helping children reach their potential

• DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply
